Standard orders take 1-3 business days to process before they ship. Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are counted separately — choosing a faster shipping speed only affects transit time once the order leaves our warehouse, not how quickly it's processed.

Free Shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States (excludes APO addresses). Rates to Canada vary by order weight; all other countries ship via FedEx at variable rates. Priority and Express are not available to P.O. boxes.

Yes. Keep in mind: if a package is returned to us for an insufficient address or goes unclaimed, we can only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping. Additional customs, duties, or import fees may apply — these are set by your country, not by us, and we're not able to cover or waive them.

Some carriers won't deliver internationally to P.O. boxes. If your address isn't a P.O. box and you're still running into issues, contact Customer Care and we'll help sort it out.

International orders can take longer than domestic ones, especially through customs. If your estimated delivery window has passed, contact Customer Care with your order number and we'll help track it down.

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so there's only a small window to make a change, and we can't guarantee it — but we'll do our best.

Shipping charges cover order processing, packaging, and handling, so they're generally non-refundable on returns — this is also true if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address. See our Returns page for full details.
